Worst Service

I asked Mr Courier Guy from Nelspruit to collect some goods in Cape Town. The goods were 4 x skirting plates, each 3,5m long. Upon collection from their Nelspruit warehouse, the goods were broken in many parts. I brought this to the attention of their Manager, and he blamed the sender for not attaching a ‘Fragile’ sticker on the packaging, therefore not accepting any liability. Repeated attempts to get their feedback have been in vain. I collected the broken goods since I didn’t have an option. The worse service I’ve ever experienced.
