Worst service

I had my parcel transferred from Johannesburg to Nelspruit branch on the 17th October 2023 today is the 23rd October 2023 I still don’t have my parcel and when I call the phone rings unanswered.I have been at home waiting for my parcel even my helper and kids have been on a lookout but nothing.Whats worse is the fact that the Nelspruit Riverside branch they don’t answer calls
