Worst service

A parcel was sent to me on Monday 15 April 2024 from Potchefstroom Courier Guy to a Pudo locker in Gqeberha. On Thursday 18 April 2024 I went online to track and trace this parcel. The response was, there is no such parcel.. I then proceeded to email Potchefstroom Courier Guy and were told that the parcel was delivered on Thursday morning to the delivery address, the pudo locker. It is now Friday 19 April 2024 and I am still waiting for a message from Pudo or the courier guy for the locker pin so I can get my parcel out. It's not diff8cult people., just do your job!! . I have sent 3 more emails to Potchefstroom courier guy and no response no reply. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! And I often use Pudo and have always experienced success and great service. Courier guy Pudo where is my parcel???? I am very dissapointed!!
