Worst service

This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. I didn't receive my parcel, yet I received a message stating that it had been delivered. One of their consultants even called me and sent a WhatsApp message to inform me that there had been a mistake.

After a few days, I called to request an update, and the consultant was incredibly rude. I decided to send an official email and received a response stating that my query had been escalated. However, two or three days later, I still haven't received any update.

I am extremely disappointed with your service and would never recommend it to anyone.
