Worst Service

Worst experience ever and no one can tell you what is happening in their operation, a parcel that was paid for from 1-2 days overnight delivery is still not delivered from Ballito to Cape Town. Not only don't they let you know what is happening with the parcel but they don't even have the decency to call back and tell you what is the matter....so disappointing!
