Worst service

Couriered a parcel on 07/02/2022. Ons 08/02/2022 it said delivered. The receiver called me on 11/02/2022 to inform me she never received the parcel, and never signed for it. Called the courier guy, no answer, and if the answer, they cut me off. Now I need to send the products again but at my own expense and pay for courier AGAIN! All the could do is tell me that the adres was changed but neither me or the receiver changed the adres.
