Worst overnight service

Worst Over night service ever! I don't think they know what over night service means - for them it is 6 days!!!!!!! When you complain and ask to speak to someone in charge the phone gets slammed down in your ear. I spoke to the guys in Durban - Luwyn - and they still can't tell me when I can expect the parcel. They keep you on hold for long periods at a time hoping you will just hang up. When I spoke to Michael from the JHB branch he said that overnight is the next business day.

Nobody answers phones in Pietermaritzburg to get any feedback!!!!!!!!!
