Worst Misleading Courier

The only reason I am giving this a 1-Star is because 0 is not possible. Courier Guy is one of those companies that can take your money in a blink of an eye. They absolutely refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, in particular, Natasha Nienaber, Siyabonga Phakathi, and yes, I do not like to call people out, but they were prime examples of how not to treat customers. Courier Guy promised me a delivery date on their system after paying for premium service of the 29th of Jan, but failed to mention that it will only be delivered on the 2nd of Feb. I had to pay a dedicated driver to fetch my products from their depot, and deliver to my client. They refuse to accept that their lazy coders do not have the ability to update their systems to accurately reflect delivery times based on service zones and they keep deflecting and hiding behind pathetic excuses. No decency to even just start off with an apology for the massive loss I incurred for missing a massive contract deadline. I had to pay a dedicated driver to pick up from their depot and deliver for me, something I should have done in the first place, yey they refuse to refund me. Managers are nowhere to be found and seem to be hiding behind the frontline workers. If you have a choice, stay away, get a courier worthy of your money and avoid the same mistake I made by choosing Courier Guy. Unprofessional, disrespectful and exactly what a company should never be. They do not deserve their business.
