Worst level of service and best example of being given the runaround!!!!!

On Monday the 17th of April 2023 we booked and paid for a collection from Linbro Park for Early Bird (1st thing next morning) delivery in Brackenfell. In the "delivery notes" section of the parcel we noted that the package was meant for training purposes. The parcel was not delivered resulting in huge embarrasment and loss of money for our business.

I have been trying to get hold of someone in management at The Courier Guy (including leaving a message on the CEO's FB Messenger) and no one has done the trouble to call me and to explain why the parcel has not been delivered (as I type this the parcel has still not been delivered.
