Worst handling and worst customer services

The worst customer service..... I called to complain about a client of mine that received her package and it was wrecked, I emailed photos of the box had been damaged the goods were visible. I was told it will be investigated and they will get back to me. Images were sent on 23rd November 2023 I emailed again 3 days ago and then again today no response what so ever, I have complained about how the drivers handle packages many times but nothing gets done about it. I have had to refund my client a substantial amount as courier guy takes no accountability for there drivers staff and handling, so at the end of the day I am double out of pocket as I have lost the goods and have lost the money. I would strongly recommend finding someone else to send your packages
