Worst experience from The Courier Guy

Cannot believe the inefficiency and disregard for customer service and feedback. I requested a collection in PTA; 5 days later 3 people were still giving me different responses and had no clue. I email snr mgmt who copy me in on an email to staff? Then I cancel the request and nearly 2 months later I am yet to get a refund; all they do is copy me in on emails!. Christo Erasmus, Emcee, Colin and Ashley Burger where are you? I want my money! I see no response to bad reviews so a clear indication of how they treat potential customers.
