WORST EXPERIENCE EVER- PRETORIA BRANCH

All I can say is my parcel is nowhere to be found. They can’t even trace it. They lost it and no one seems to care.

The parcel was delivered to an address and there was a confusion which make them pick up the package again at the same address. They didn’t bother calling the number on the package before collecting it to clear the confusion. I had to find out that days later.

I reported the matter to them and we kept going back and forth with emails asking me a lot of questions as if they are on my case.They just don’t care, now at the end they gave me the number of the driver who doesn’t pick up his phone.

I am hopeless. I lost a package worth R2700 and no one seems to care. If I don’t send them an email they just keep quite. It’s been 3 weeks now! I am tired and very disappointed.
