Worst experience ever!

I have put a request for collection from a store in Centurion on the 5th of May which was supposed to be an overnight delivery however, i'm being taken from pillar to post with regards to this collection, at first they indicated i selected the wrong address which was not true, Wednesday i was told there was no way bill from the store. Everyday is a new story and I am not contacted with regards to this issue i have to do follow up. I find this very unprofessional and unfair.
