Worst experience

My experience was bad don’t wannna lie. I got a message on Wednesday that my package is ready noticed that the address is incorrect. Called and sent an email for the write address. On Thursday they said my package is on its way, didn’t receive anything. Friday at 06:30am call them and they said they will send it. 06:50 the package was out of delivery but still didn’t receive any thing. Called more than 5 times and they told me they will deliver it on Saturday and I told them I won’t be at work Saturday. Saturday morning they decide to send it at my work place wow. How many times should one explain one thing over and over. How many times should I call to get proper assistance?
