Worst excuses ever!!!!

II have had to cancel 4 out of 6 collections this week coming from JHB. When requesting feedback support says "according to our system" parcel was not ready for collection, when NO attempt at all was made to collect and Suppliers confirm parcels are ready. I am switching to another company as their "system" is working for me.
