Worst Ever Service and Care of Goods sent

I sent a package to Bloemfontein on Tuesday 12 April 2022 at 8h00 the morning. This package was supposed to be delivered on the Thursday 14 April 2022. My aunt was excited to receive an sms. stating that they would deliver within the day. This was sent to her before 8h00 on Thursday. Needless to say she, her son and another lady stayed home all day in anticipation. By 15h00 she let me know, she is still waiting, on which I phoned The Courier Guy, who confirmed the courier is definitely on their way. Just before 17h00 I phoned again, this time the operator phoned the delivery person, who had their phone on voice mail. I was then told that he had already been to my aunt and no one was there, he apparently left a note to let them know. My aunt confirmed that no one was there and that she never found a note. I was told that they would deliver on Tuesday the 19 April or my aunt had to collect from their depo on Saturday between 8 and 13h00.

The package finally arrived early on Tuesday morning the 19th, and the FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE was obviously ignored. This package had bubble wrap and poly chips in to make sure nothing got destroyed. my aunt sent me photos this morning, and the packages were dent, and the product inside was damaged too.
