Worst ever

I wish I could give a zero start rating. I paid for a Local Overnight delivery from Nigel to Pretoria, but the parcel ended up in Port Elizabeth. WOW. The only response I get from them is "We are sorry for your inconvenience". Please PLEASE PLEASE stay away from them, rather use someone else and spare yourself the "inconvenience".
