Worst delivery experience

I received a call from a driver yezterday morning asking me to meet him halfway because he wssnt going to deliver on at my door which I found very odd. I then made arrangements for us to meet in Brackenfell at 2pm. Around 3pm I called him he told me another driver had my parcel and he didnt have his number. Today I contacted him he said he had my parvel and was coming to brackenfell, around 2pm when I called him he said the parcel was given to another driver. I called the cakk centrr and the agent says the parcel was returned to the depor, why? Why must I got back and forth so much for my parcel? And the cherry on top is that driver I am in contact with is being rude
