Worst delivery company

What a bad experience I have with The Courier Guy/Pudo. My package was deposited on Tuesday before 08:00 am. Courier Guy picked it up and later the day it was out for delivery. 18:00 they informed me that the lockers are full, which is a lie because this specific locker is new and no one uses it. The next day, I ask where my package is and they said it will be delivered after 14:00. By 16:00. When I send a mail that it is the worst service I ever experience for CG, they then told me that the lockers are faulty and need to send out a technician. Not communicating with me that there is an issue and maybe arrange for another drop off. Their reply on your mails is unprofessional.
