Worst customer support

I have never dealt with this level of incompatancy. I created a waybill for my crc documents to collected only to find out 2 weeks later the waybill was canceld and i recieved zero feedback regarding my police clearance . 6 calls and 2 hours later the agents could not provide me with a reason as to why it was canceld . Finally i was put through to Ferdinand who was by far the most competint out of all the agents who told me it was canceld due to them not having my surname wich i was never asked to provide .

disgusting and shocking service 1 out 10 would not recomend
