Worst customer service ever, unbelievable experience ever

Unprofessional customer service. They use hooter instead of calling when arriving at delivery adress insisting they don't have airtime. How can you run a business with a hooter? I'm so very disappointed in The Corrier guy and I'm now going to specify who must deliver my parcel
