Worst customer service ever

I deposited a parcel via their Pudo service at one of their branches and after that the tracking service stayed on customer deposited, after enquiring about what is going on they said that they have lost the parcel and asked ME to go to the Police to get an affidavit for their mishap , my customer didn't receive their parcel so I dad to reimburse him so I lost the business of that customer and money out of pocket. Totally unacceptable . Won't ever do business with them EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!
