Worst customer service ever!!

After using The Courier Guy for more than 3 years and sending an average of 40-50 parcels a week we will nie no longer use them. The prices on some parcels more than doubled overnight without any notice to the customers. The regional sales manager didn’t even know exactly how the new pricing structure works.
