Worst Customer Service.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a Courier company. Parcels sent to wrong address. So when I called their customer service they are either asleep or talk like they are drunk, wasn't any help at all...Then I was Told to pick up my parcel at the Courier Guy in Somerset West, and on arrival I was met with the most unprofessional and rude staff I've experienced in a long time. Staff members have the children running around making noise in place of business. And once again when I wasn't given any answers to my queries, was shouted at to go make a complaint. So this is what I'm doing....

Would definitely not recommend using them.
