Worst customer service and lack of leadership

Disgusting service from The Courier Guy. I called every number I could find regarding my parcel which has not been delivered for the past 4 days already. This company is not serious about customer service, they never got back to me all they do is promise to call you back. Anyone who uses their services in future goodluck(sic).
