Worst customer service!

I have received sich bad service! Paid for overnight delivery, selected specific time and date for the parcel to be collected, and the driver showed up 2 hours after. Phoned twice and left.

Why do I request specific collection times if this is just absolutely ignored???

When I phoned to follow up I was told the driver has to contact me, I am still waiting??? I was told that I will get feedback in 15 mins, I am still waiting!!!

Courier guys has now been paid for a service not delivered? I will NEVER use them again, and I want my money back!
