WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I use pudo a lot and for the most part, things are fine, however, I have noticed when there is a problem pudo does not take accountability and does not resolve the problem swiftly. Pudo tends to shift the blame on the customer and does not refund the customer even when the issue lies with them. In comparison The Courier Guy handles things much better so I would not understand how pudo cannot
