WORST CUSTOMER SERVES EVER

So my friend sent me to go and pick up a package for him at a locker box as i got there i typed in the locker code that was given to me and it said that the door is open but no door opened after trying to open the door the screen said code error so i tried to put the pin in again and it still said code error. so i tried to WhatsApp them but they said that it was out side business hours. so me and my friend contacted them today and the customer serves was so bad we struggled to get ahold of them and when you do get a hold of them they tell you that its the wrong department and they are going to escalated to the right department but yet we are still waiting. we don't know if the package is even still there. I Wish there was a 0 star because 1 is to much
