Worst Customer Experience

Worst Service Ever. I had requested a door to locker service from them, they scheduled a pickup l, on pickup day I never got a call from a driver trying to pick up the parcel, second day same thing happened, I get a call from the office on the third day asking why my parcel is not yet picked up, I explained that o never got a Calk from an operator or a driver, next thing the pickup is cancelled, I emailed support and they blatantly told me it has been cancelled and I’ll need to book a new one at my expense, I asked for proof of when they tried to call me I was sent a screenshot showing Misdialled numbers which obviously means I could not be reached due to their own mistake of misdialling my number. Today I’m told There’s nothing they can do, even the senior ops Manager wanted nothing to do with my Query. All they said is that I have to rebook another pickup at my expense.
