Worst Couriers Lately

What happened to The Courier Guys?? WORST SERVICE EVER! I send alot of parcels every month but lately their service is very poor. I send a parcel from Ermelo to Witbank and after a lot of phone calls and complaining it took 9 days to deliver. Now I have been waiting 9 days for a parcel to be collected from Middelburg, it always only took 1 day. Staff is not helpfull at all, they just say they dont know. People are queuing outside of the kiosks and it takes forever to be helped. I have to look for new options now because Courier Guys dont know what they are doing anymore!!
