Worst courier service The courier guy

Parcel not collected for 2 days, now I have to send a vehicle to supplier to collect goods that The courier guy fail to do for 2 days. This is alot of extra costs ,so I am losing money in my business. Unacceptable! No business can operate with this kind of service. My client is very upset as he needs goods urgently. At this rate I might get my goods by end of the year. Very bad service! If you are into business , do not use this bunch as your courier service. You will just put your business's name at risk. Thank you for nothing.
