WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE WORLD

I wish I could leave NO STAR service rating, as one star indicate that I have received some service. Appalling service from The Courier Guy and this is not the first time that I have booked OVN services and not getting the package in time. Why pay more for OVN service if you cannot deliver on the service. You ***** my money as I have not received anything overnight from you EVER. It takes 4days for an overnight parcel. This is shocking and pathetic. I insist that you refund my credit on my account as I am no longer interested in doing business with you. I have a better chance with PostNet. OVN booked on 25Feb to be collected on 26Feb and delivered on 28Feb - STILL NOTHING. SERIOUS DISAPPOINTMENT.
