Worst courier service in SA - The Courier Guy

I paid for overnight collection of my parcel on Thursday 4 August and received a message confirming collection of parcel on Friday. At 17.00 hrs on Friday, I received a message that the driver had a breakdown and would collect on Monday. Monday 17.00 hrs. I received another update the driver had not collected as he experienced a breakdown so collection has been rescheduled for Wednesday since Tuesday is a holiday. I had purposefully paid for overnight services because I am studying/staying in Namibia and am only in SA for a week for a workshop.

I am very disappointed as I am not sure whether I will still be able to get my parcel before flying back to Namibia on Friday. Their service is terrible as they only give updates at the end of the day and do not seem to have a contingent plan when plan A fails.
