WORST COURIER SERVICE IN RSA

This review rating is actually Zero! As a small business owner I have been dealing with this company for over a year. Everyday is a constant battle. They are always late for pick ups, lose packages and their customer service is none existent. They ignore emails and will send automated responses. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE, NO STANDARDS, EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND EXTREMELY RUDE.
