worst courier service in history is the courier guy

Absolute terrible service from courier guy, the people in the admin and contact centre don't know their head from their behind. i booked a parcel collection door to door from carnavan ( NC ) to Durban on the 28th of april, i paid for insurance Waybill : VD4MZB saturday pickup at the earliest date

however to date ( 5th may Friday ) no one has fetched the parcel, i am constantly on the phone with courier to sort this mess and they are absolutely useless

I just phoned now to ask why this was not fetched they cannot give me a reason and that it will now be picked up on Monday which is unacceptable
