Worst courier service I ever used. I locked a pickup at the Douglas Branch in Northern Cape, a new branch, they were very helpful and professional. The pickup was locked before 10h00, only the paper it states that when a pickup is locked before 14h00 it will be collected. I phone the collection shop and the pickup was not done. So I phone customer care, that guy told me I must speak to the manager in Mosselbay, I feel he should have shorted the problem, so he put me through to the manager in Mosselbay. She told me that they received the pickup 11h00 but the driver was already out of the area. That is not my problem, then you should not say that a pickup will be done if it is scheduled before 14h00. So now my package will be delayed and will not received on time. I should have used another company. I feel that someone from the branch can pickup my collection, it is only 5km from the branch to the shop.
