Worst Courier Service Experienced

I have never experienced such bad service.<br> <br> Ordered a product from a local supplier for local delivery. On follow up I spent at least 20minutes on the phone the 4 times I called to determine where the parcel was. Promises were made to call me back with an update but to no avail. I was told they are not allowed give drivers numbers so I could follow up. As I write this mail our offices have closed and I am parked outside waiting for a delivery that may never happen. Been waiting for over an hour outside,no feedback from Trevor is this the standard practice.. Shame poor management and customer service ethic. Breaking news now just got a call that my parcel didn't leave the depot so I now have to drive from Isando to Kya Sands that's across town for my parcel. All I can say is never again it's 3.30pm should be there just after 5pm
