Worst Courier Service every

The Courier with the worst service ever. From drivers telling you what do you want me to do. Till call center people not getting back to you. Paying for service never rendered. This a normal thing dealing with the courier guy.

Sending a parcel with overnight services to have it delivered the next day before 12 is the service selected. When tracking it the next day its not even remotely possible to receive it. When following up you get told a number of stories. Our branch sent it late, the driver did not make cut off, if you lucky to get one of this excuses, otherwise just get told I will follow up and get back to you. That is never happening they never call back. Remember that you still paying for the un delivered service.

Dont expect anything good from them even after this.
