Worst courier service ever!!!!! Rather pay more and you know you get your package.

The most appalling client service ever!!!!!!!!!! I requested a package to be collected and delivered to Hoedspruit branch and they managed to loose it. The Hoedspruit branch phoned me to let me know they have my package and wanted to know where to deliver it. I told them I would collect it at the branch the following day as I need to pay for it. I even send a mail which they acknowledge. The next day it was missing. The manager of the branch excuse is that because it doesn't have an address on they cant locate where it was send and that it might have a different way bill on it. Utterly NONSENSE. Nowadays you need to sign for all your parcels so surely you can track where the driver was that day. It is a simple item. It's a pair of glasses, my late fathers pair of glasses that my husband managed to get for me. Still I don't get any feedback from them but I guess it should be expected from Hoedspruit branch as that place is utterly disorganised and a mess. The manager doesn't know what he is doing. No client service at all!!!!
