Worst courier service ever

Since i made a payment for collection on the 11th of january. No collection has been made and they refuse to give me a refund telling me to tell the person who they are collecting from to give me the money.

Its been almost 3 weeks now no one is willing to help and drivers are compainining saying the place is far yet they took my money and don't want to refund me
