Worst courier service EVER!!!

I asked for a package to be collected Monday, 2 December 2024, today, Thursday 5 December 2024, the package has still not been collected. I cancelled the collection and went somewhere else. Looking at the overwhelming negative reviews, this is what happens to a business when there are no consequences.
