Worst courier service ever

I am totally totally disgusted and horrified with the service. I used the courier company in my town and they used TCG as a 3rd party to collected . I got a quote and an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 days collected and delivered to me. Have them all the details of size weight and everything

We placed a collection order on Wednesday 31 october at 12.04 in time for the collection to happen on that day. The excuse was they had left the area already. The next days excuse was that the vehicle was not big enough. But they didn't even go to collect. Friday they did nothing. Monday they told the lady that the vehicle was too full but now they know how big the parcel was. After I phoned them they moved boxes and loaded it. So collection in Monday. The lady told me that it would be on the truck that night to be here latest Wednesday delivery. Today being Thursday was told by the PE TCG lady that it hasn't been sent from Joburg yet . So ordered collection on the 31st October and now it's the evening of the 7 th November. It still hasn't been delivered. And probably won't be delivered to me until next week. This is disgusting service and I'm paying a fortune and think this is shocking. Really shocking.
