Worst Courier service ever !!!

The Courier guy's service in Nelspruit is non existing. I ordered a product that was sent through the courier guy. on Monday 1 March the driver phones me and ask me where am I as they cannot pick up my address, I explained to him where I am, he said he will give the parcel to the person delivering in my area. This happened for 4 days after each other getting the same call, had to explain the same directions. So this morning 08 March I phone the branch @ 09:21to find out where is the parcel and AGAIN it was out with the wrong driver. I demanded to speak to the manager, Explained to him what happened and that I expected delivery to me today. It is 15:24 and no one has gotten back to me on where the parcel is or when I can expect delivery. I phoned the branch again demanded to speak to the manager and he is not in. Got his cell number and there is no answer. this is the worst service ever.
