WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER

I ordered a product from a service provider in Johannesburg. They make use of The Courier Guy courier services. My package was supposed to be delivered on 21 August 2020. I called them to asked what time i can expect the delivery and they said it will be delivered on 24 August 2020. It wasnt delivered so I called them on the 25 and 26 August but nobody answered. I contacted the service provider via email. They told me they also struggle to get hold of the courier service. Yesterday 1 September they called me telling me that the courier service said they might have delivered it to the wrong address. Today, 2 Septembsr 2020 I havnt received my paid parcel yet. The courier company is unprofessional and the nevermind attitude is unacceptable. I haven't heard anything from them yet after they called me yesterday and said they will contact me before business day of 1 September 2020. They the worst courier company ever according to me because this never happened to me before with me.
