Worst courier people ever

I went through PUDO to send a package door to door. The same day I get an email to say no one was home for them to collect the package but no one called me to say they were here to collect the package. I then email then I get 100 different emails for so many email addresses with no one actually answering my question and then get given a number that says this number does not exist to every number I dial with the courier guy.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have paid alot of money for this service and I am being messed around by these people.
