Worst Courier Guy

They never answer the phone. Especially Polokwane branch. My husband had a secure parcel, with a pin number for delivery, yet it was delivered to an unknown address where they couldnt possibly have had the pin number. This parcel contains urgent and very important documents . I still haven't received my parcel, despite exact directions as to where to deliver the parcel.
