Worst courier experience ever!!!!

I am so upset with you guys!!!! Very upset!!!! Parcel is over a week late and now I had no choice but to opt for late afternoon delivery at my own cost because of your mistakes and empty promises. I know if I do not force to get my parcel I will wait another week!! To top that up the parcel is said to be damaged!! This is just ridiculous...
