Worst courier ever.

Worst ever experience from a courier company. Registered for a parcel pick up at Secunda on the 27th for pick up in Edenvale. Up until now nothing happened. You can talk to nobody as nobody answers a phone and going to the branch it is just promises. According to them they do not get support from Jo'burg.
