Worst courier ever!

Worst service ever!!! I paid extra for overnight via air. Only to be told today, oh no it does not work like that from coast to coast (strange I had to pay extra for normal service). And my parce has been at the Durban depot since this morning at 10 and has not moved at all. Never use them they are pathetic at their job
