Worst courier company in South Africa

I wish I can give this courier service 0 stars because that's how pathetic they are! My order was supposed to be here before the 24/12/2021 before Christmas. This was according to the delivery guy, a call centre agent as well as the online tracking. I then come to find out after 5pm on the 24th they don't deliver to my area. They deliver to the nearest police station. I was highly upset and I left it for today. I was told that when they call from the police station, I have to drop whatever I'm doing and make my way to the police station. This is utter and complete *******. To top it off, a gentlemen by the name of Andre has no customer relationship skills as well, what kind of *********** staff do you hire?? They can't even locate my parcel and one of your call centre Staff confirmed my order will be here by COB on the 24th?? I wasted my damn petrol, airtime and time to do your job! I won't leave this here. I plan to take this to all social media platforms.
